Upgrading Your Plan
If your organization has grown and you need more features or higher limits, upgrading is simple. Use /billing and select the upgrade option. You will be shown the available higher tiers and their pricing. Upgrades take effect immediately and you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period.
Updating Your Payment Method
To update your credit card or payment details, use /billing and select Update Payment. You will receive a secure Stripe link to update your payment method. Tetrux never stores your full card details — all payment processing is handled by Stripe with full PCI compliance.
