How Tetrux Multi-Tenant Architecture Works
Each organization in Tetrux is completely isolated. Members, knowledge bases, events, and profiles are scoped to their respective organization. When you administer multiple organizations, you switch between them within the bot — your actions always apply only to the active organization, preventing cross-contamination of data.
Setting Up a Second Organization
Contact the Tetrux team at [email protected] to add a new organization to your account. Each organization gets its own admin bot instance, member bot, and configuration. The setup process mirrors your first organization and typically takes under 24 hours.
Switching Between Organizations as Admin
If you are registered as an admin for multiple organizations, the bot detects your identity and presents the correct organizational context automatically. All commands — /members, /orgprofile, /events, /knowledge — operate on the organization you are currently managing.
Keeping Data Separate Across Organizations
Member lists, knowledge bases, events, and billing are all independent per organization. You can run completely different configurations for each one — different event schedules, different knowledge documents, different welcome messages.
